Birthday Camping

 Can't really beat this camping spot. We saw an otter, a seal and a few sea lions from here but every time Nathan grabbed his camera, they disappeared.

Yum.

The campground is surrounded by a farm and they have a bunch of wild turkeys. We spent a long time watching them strut around. I never liked turkeys but after watching these guys I've changed my mind.

Of course this made it easier to like turkeys...

Hard to believe he/she could become this!

 This mom had to be chased into the barn so the ravens wouldn't eat (anymore of) her babies. 

We're taking care of Lucy for a few weeks while my parents are away. I think she enjoyed her first camping experience...
